Role Overview
We’re hiring a an Email Marketing Specialist who is:
Data-obsessed (open rates, CTRs, and conversions are your KPIs).
AI-fluent / AI Background (you speak LLMs, automation, and personalization).
A storytelling pro (you turn technical jargon into conversation worthy emails).
This role will own Lyzr’s email strategy end-to-end—driving demand, nurturing leads, and positioning Lyzr as the go-to AI Agent platform, you will also be working directly with the CGO of Lyzr ai.
What Would Your Work Look Like?
1. AI-Powered Email Strategy
Design hyper-targeted campaigns (onboarding, product launches, newsletters) using AI tools.
A/B test everything—subject lines, CTAs, send times etc.
2. Growth Hacking
Partner with the AI team to translate technical updates (e.g., new Lyzr Agent Studio features) into compelling narratives for developers and execs.
Experiment with interactive emails (e.g., polls, scratch cards) to boost engagement.
3. PR-Driven Messaging
Craft punchy, on-brand copy that blends AI expertise with PR flair (think: "How [Company X] scaled AI agents 10x with Lyzr").
Repurpose top-performing LinkedIn/SEO content into email sequences.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Growth, Product, and DevRel to align email campaigns with launches, events, and partnerships.
5. Metrics & Optimization
Own email performance—track, analyze, and iterate to hit ROI targets.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years in email marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred).
AI Chops: Familiarity with AI/LLM trends (experience in AI companies = huge plus).
Tools: Has used Instantly, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, can setup drip campaigns, warm up emails.
Mindset: Self-starter who loves targets (Humour sense = bonus).
LinkedIn Savvy: You know how to leverage social media to amplify email campaigns.
Experience with the AWS Ecosystem is a huge plus.
