As we accelerate global adoption, we need a hands‑on delivery leader who can turn partner and customer ideas into production‑ready agents—fast.

Role Overview
You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of agent “products,” not one‑off projects. That means building and running a high‑calibre squad of AI full‑stack developers and project managers, shaping lean processes, and keeping customers thrilled from onboarding through each sprint release.


What You’ll Do
Build & Lead the Team
  • Hire, coach, and retain AI full‑stack engineers and project managers.
  • Foster a product mindset: every agent should feel like a polished SaaS feature, not custom code.
Own Delivery & Execution
  • Stand up Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and weekly release cadences.
  • Drive sprint commitments, velocity, and quality; clear blockers early.
  • Track KPIs (cycle time, defect escape rate, NPS) and continually raise the bar.
Delight Customers & Partners
  • Lead onboarding workshops, requirement deep‑dives, and success‑plan alignment.
  • Maintain crisp, timely communication with stakeholders—status, risks, and wins.
  • Evangelize Lyzr best practices so partners can co‑build confidently on the platform.
Scale the Practice
  • Codify reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines, and playbooks for repeatable agent launches.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to channel delivery insights into the core roadmap.

What You’ll Bring
10+ years building and scaling software delivery teams (at least 3 years leading multi‑disciplinary pods).
Proven success shipping cloud products or complex applications in an Agile environment.
Deep project‑to‑product mindset—skilled at turning SOWs into scalable, low‑maintenance offerings.
Strong grasp of full‑stack web technologies (Python, JS/TS, React, or similar) and a working knowledge of AI/LLM pipelines.
Mastery of customer engagement: onboarding, expectation‑setting, and executive‑level reporting.
Excellent written & verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into business value.

Bonus Points
Delivery leadership in mid‑size application development companies (200–2,000 employees).
Hands‑on exposure to AI agent frameworks, vector databases, or prompt‑engineering workflows.
Experience scaling teams in high‑growth SaaS or platform startups.
