The Role
Own a specific agent category (e.g., Sales Ops Agents, Finance/CFO Agents, Support/Service Agents). You’ll define the vision, roadmap, and results for that category—blending product marketing instincts with an agent-first approach to design, measurement, and go-to-market.

What You’ll Do
  • Set category strategy: Define ICPs, use-cases, outcomes, and success metrics for your agent category.
  • Own roadmap & delivery: Write crisp PRDs, prioritize ruthlessly, align Design/Eng/DS, and ship iteratively.
  • Agent-first design: Treat agents as the primary UX—plan prompts/tools, workflows, and human-in-the-loop steps.
  • Evaluation & safety: Instrument eval harnesses, quality bars (accuracy, latency, cost), and guardrails (policy/PII).
  • Telemetry & cost control: Track adoption, retention, win rates, unit economics (token/model costs).
  • Partner deeply with customers: Run discovery, betas, and value proofs with enterprise users and GSIs.
  • Product marketing mindset: Own messaging, positioning, competitive narrative, and launch plans for your category.
  • Sales enablement: Create one-pagers, demos, ROI stories; train field teams and partners.
  • Packaging & pricing inputs: Recommend tiers, usage/credit models, and attach motions.
  • Lifecycle management: Drive post-launch adoption, activation, and expansion; retire what doesn’t work.

What “Agent-First” Means Here
  • Start from jobs-to-be-done and measurable outcomes, not features.
  • Design agents with clear tooling, context windows, memory, and guardrails.
  • Ship with evals by default (golden sets, pass/fail gates, offline & online A/B).
  • Balance quality ⇄ latency ⇄ cost, and make tradeoffs explicit.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of end-to-end Product Management (B2B SaaS or platform).
  • Shipped products from discovery → GA → adoption with clear business impact.
  • Evidence of a product marketing mindset (positioning, messaging, launches, enablement).
  • Strong data orientation: funnels, cohort analysis, experimentation, and unit economics.
  • Excellent PRD/storytelling skills and cross-functional leadership with Eng/Design/Go-To-Market.

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus)
  • Experience with agentic AI/LLMs, prompt/tool design, RAG, evaluation frameworks, or safety/RAI.
  • Enterprise workflows (CRM/ERP/DW), integrations, and security/compliance awareness.
  • Worked with GSIs/MSPs or partner-led delivery models.
  • PLG + enterprise sales exposure.

Success Metrics (Scorecard)
  • Adoption & Activation: MAU/WAU, activation rate, time-to-first-value.
  • Retention & Expansion: NRR logo/seat growth within your category.
  • Quality & Cost: Eval pass rate, SLA/latency targets, token/model cost per task.
  • GTM Impact: Win rate vs. competitors, launch KPIs, content/enablement usage.

90-Day Outcomes
  • 30 days: Customer/market mapping, category thesis, first eval plan.
  • 60 days: PRDs + design for 1–2 priority agents; alpha live with telemetry.
  • 90 days: Public GA or controlled beta with baseline metrics and GTM toolkit (pitch, demo, one-pager).

Location & Work Style
  • Choose Bangalore or Chennai. Flexible work with collaboration overlap to US time zones as needed.
